Returns & Refunds

Every item is made especially for you.

As our products are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including where an incorrect size, colour or design has been selected at checkout.

Please check your order details and our sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly printed, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@daddydaycareapparel.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the parcel unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Sizing

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges where the incorrect size has been selected.

We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering.

If the item you receive is incorrectly labelled, manufactured incorrectly, or materially differs from the sizing information provided on our website, please contact us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent for production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has commenced.

Colours & Product Images

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
